Winner Kit Contents

1) Preparation, Packing, and Handling (Should be Included in All Kits)
When you win A' Design Award, you truly win. Unlike other design awards, there are no further fees and this includes the Winner's Kit which is distributed free of charge during the Gala-Night and Award Ceremony; Pro-edition participants are eligible to obtain a single complimentary winner kit, that contains everything you need; the design award certificate printed and framed, large A3 prints of your certificate and posters for promotional support, booklet and manual, merchandise, and the exclusive 3D printed metal trophy during Gala-Night. You get everything, without any additional fees, you get everything without paying for shipment. To remind you, these are not the only things you get when you win A' Design Award. You also obtain the following benefits:

2) A’ Design Award Yearbook (Should be Included in All Kits)
The A’ Design Award Yearbook is a hardcover digital print yearbook featuring the award winning designs. Depending on the year, there could be multiple yearbooks, if in a year there are multiple yearbooks, you will only receive the book in which your design is featured. The book is provided free of charge to all A’ Design Award winners and you have the possibility order or buy extra copies of the book here. Each book has an ISBN number and award winner designers’ names are credited as co-authors. Each award winning design has a complete page featuring the entry. The books also provide some insights and information regarding the A’ Design Award platform and its initiatives. Each A’ Design Award winner kit includes one hardcover book.

3) A’ Design Award Trophy (Should be Included in All Kits)
Each winner kit also includes the 3D Printed A’ Design Award Trophy, i.e. the omega particle. The trophy is in metal. The A’ Design Award Trophy symbolizes the endless possibilities of design process. It is designed as a piece of jewelry. Learn more about the A’ Design Award trophy at this page. The A’ Design Award trophy was designed by OMC Design Studios, Como, Italy. The trophy is given in a black box. The trophy is provided free of charge to all A’ Design Award winner. Additional trophies for team members or XXL versions could be ordered from the designers’ control panels. Each A’ Design Award winner kit includes one award trophy.

4) A’ Design Award - A3 Winner Work Poster (Included in Most Kits)
This is an A3 size poster, printed for you as a memory, it is included in almost all winner kits. This poster is almost identical to the 50 x 70 poster we use for the exhibition, however unlike the exhibition poster it is not framed. We usually round them and put in a postal tube in order not to wrinkle the winner work poster. Only one winner work poster is included per each award winner kit. The A’ Design Award Winner Work Poster is provided free of charge. If this poster is not included in your winner kit, you do not need to worry; you can still download it and print yourself, a link to download is available from your control panel in the post-competition tab.

5) A’ Design Award - A3 Certificate of Excellence (Included in Most Kits)
This is an A3 version of the framed certificate, printed for you as a memory, different from the framed version it is printed on white glossy paper, especially aimed for you to place in your office, the A3 size of the Certificate of Design Excellence is included in almost all winner kits. This poster is not framed. We usually round them and put in a postal tube in order not to cause wrinkles to the poster. Only one certificate poster is included per each award winner kit. The A’ Design Award A3 certificate is provided free of charge. If this A3 size certificate is not included in your winner kit, you do not need to worry; you can still download a high-resolution digital version of it and print yourself, a link to download is available from your control panel in the post-competition tab.

6) A’ Design Award - A3 Promotional Red Poster (Included in Most Kits)
This poster is different from our other posters that we include in our winner kits in sense it is more oriented towards promotion, like all other posters, you may download also a digital version from our website if you are one of our laureates by visiting the Download Certificates page from your Control Panel. This particular certificate is usuful for promoting your name as an award-winning entity.

7) A’ Design Award - A3 Exhibition Poster (Included in Most Kits)
The A3 Exhibition poster is included in the kits as a proof of the exhibition as well as to remind you the Exhibition itself, we usually place some of the prominent works as a part of the poster, and the exhibition poster includes time, date, and venue information. Many designers like to keep the exhibition posters especially if their work is featured. Every year the poster is updated, the image above is for reference only. We try to include a complementary poster in each award winner kit.

8) A’ Design Award - Gala-Night and Exhibition Invitations (Included in Most Kits)
The exhibition and gala-night invitations are printed 1/3 A4 size, usually 210 x 99 mm and features several designs as well as event venues and dates. They serve as proof of the events as well as to help you locate the venues. We also distribute VIP invitations to prominent figures before the gala-night and exhibition. We try to include one of each invitation in each kit.

9) A’ Design Award - A3 Competition Posters (Included in Most Kits)
We have several different posters that we print each year, there is a standard poster of the competition plus we have call for submission or call for entries posters as well as abstract images of the trophy. We try to include two-three different posters in each package, however if you do not find any posters in your kit you can actually download them at the Downloads page. Posters are provided complimentary to all who receive the winners’ kits.

10) A’ Design Award - Winner Guidelines Booklet (Included in Most Kits)
The A’ Design Award & Competition provides a “What To Do Next” guideline which includes tips on public relations to further promote the award winning designers, the guidelines are refreshed and updated regularly and can help you get further press appearances and publicity. We usually include one guideline, within a folder, however if you cannot find this guideline in your winner kit, you can login to your control panel and visit the documents repository while logged-in to view it.

11) Printed and Framed A’ Design Award Certificate of Excellence (Should be Included in All Kits)
The A’ Design Award certificate is presented in a metal frame with a glass panel to those who attend the gala-night, however for kits that are shipped, we are no longer putting the metal framed certificates as they are getting broken, instead we are providing wooden frames with acrylic panels which are safer during the transportation. Regardless in a wooden or metal frame, the certificates are given free of charge to all A’ Design Award winners. Each certificate is in A4 size. Certificates feature the date, a text that explains award status, a QR Code to check its validity as well as signature of award coordinator and board. Each A’ Design Award winner kit includes one certificate but additional certificates could be ordered from control panel of winners.

12) A’ Design Award Pin & Pouchs (Included in Most Kits)
The A’ Design Award Pin is given to award winners as a reminder of their success, there are five different pins for five different award levels: Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze or Iron. If one type of pin is not available, we could also place red or other pins. We usually put the pins in a soft black pouch which you could also use to keep the award trophy or other items. The Pins are usually worn during gala-night and other events, some collect these and others place them on their bags or clothes. In most cases one pin will be freely given to the winners.

13) A’ Design Award Competition Promotions (Included in Legacy Kits)
There are several ongoing promotions plus an exclusive promotion reserved for those who request a winners’ kit to be shipped to their address, details on the promotions could also be accessed from the documents repository from your control panel after login.

14) A’ Design Award - Stickers (Included in Legacy Kits)
The A’ Design Award & Competition includes several pieces of stickers inside the winner kits when possible, the A' Design Award stickers are especially added to remind the award winning designers and companies the fact that A’ Design Award & Competition grants a life-time license to use the award winner logo on products, marketing and communications of the award winners. The award specific winner logos and winner badges in high resolution can be downloaded from the control panel after login.

15) A’ Design Award - Digital Contents (Included in Legacy Kits)
Throughout the years, we had included several types of Digital Contents Media such as Floppy Disks, CDs, Blueray, DVDs and similar, starting with CDs and DVDs we were able to include high resolution images of 50x70 winner work posters, A3 Winner Posters, Ads, Competition Posters, Documents, Images, Invitations, Links, Design Award Logos and Badges, Quotes and Digital Version of the Yearbooks available, some DVDs, especially those distributed to press members could have extra material such as press kits etc. From the year 2020 and onwards we are now including these as a QR Code & URLS that you can start a direct download.

16) A’ Design Award - Kit Bag (Included in Legacy Kits)
Our 10oz Thick Canvas Cotton bag makes it easy to carry the Winner Kit package, especially convenient during gala-night and exhibition. It is large enough to fit a standard winners’ kit. If we have stocks of the bag left, we try to include one as a gift for each award winner, to remind them of their victory. The bag itself is quite useful, can be carried by hand or hanged to your shoulder, realized in cotton, it is about 180 grams.

17) A’ Design Award - Gala Envelope (Included in Some Kits)
The A’ Design Award Gala Envelope could potentially be included in some kits, it includes the La Notte Premio A’ - Gala-Night and Award ceremony program, call to stage program as well as Ars Futura Cultura programs, furthermore it includes the name card of the award coordinator as well as your unique winner badge which features your designs and your name.

18) A’ Design Award - Gala Badge (Included in Some Kits)
Each A’ Design Award Gala-Night badge is tailor fit for the designers, on one side, with grand letters it is written “Winner” with the winners’ name, on the other side, again Winner name is prominently written plus thumbnail images of the award winning work are displayed and your highest design award status indicated. The images of the award winning work on the gala-night badge is an invention and innovation by A’ Design Award & Competition and helps award winners and designers to connect with other very easily.

19) A’ Design Award - Checklist & Bubblewraps (Included in Some Kits)
Bubble wraps, filling material, ribbons and a checklist document could also be included within the kit. There are two types of Checklist documents, one is for us, one is for you, but sometimes we could include both inside the kit. In addition, very rarely our staff could forget a pen inside your kit. In some kits, you will find a postal tube or additional cardboard boxes to protect the ingredients.

Above, items that could appear in the Winner kits are listed, please note that only professional edition entries will have such items. Furthermore, below are some extra items that could be included in your winner kits, but they are subject to availability, legal requirements or pre-orders.

20) A’ Design Award - Proforma or Regular Invoice (Depends on Country)
Your winner kit could potentially include a proforma invoice required for shipment of the winners’ kit items by some countries outside the European Union, you do not need to pay this amount as the winner kit contents are free, however we are obliged to make a nominal proforma invoice in some cases. Furthermore, your regular invoice could be in the packages, however for some countries we no longer include regular invoices as a part of the winner kits because custom offices in some countries opens and check the winner kits and are confused by the entry nomination invoices, and there has been cases where unreal import duties were required, to avoid this, your regular invoices are available online, login and go to your invoices section at your control panel.

21) A’ Design Award - XXL Trophy (Only if Ordered)
The XXL Trophy is included in a winner kit only if ordered in advance, to order this trophy, you should visit your control panel and visit delivery and shipment section, the XXL Trophy is realized in 3D printing of metal and is therefore highly costly. It is usually ordered by large design agencies and architecture studios. You will get the version that corresponds to your highest achievement. It takes about 40 days to produce these items. Comes with a Acrylic Display Case with UV Protection and Magnetic Lid and a Black Plastic 3D Printed Trophy. The Black Plastic 3D Printed Trophy functions to carry the Metal 3D Printed Trophy for proper display.

22) A’ Design Award - Arrangement of 3 XXL Trophies (Only if Ordered)
The Arrangement of 3 XXL Trophies comes with a with a Acrylic Display Case with UV Protection and Magnetic Lid, this version has Gold, Silver and Bronze color trophies and thus could only be ordered by winners of Gold or Platinum awards. The Arrangement of 3 XXL Trophies Trophy is highly expensive due to it being 3D printed in metal and usually purchased by award winning international brands, multinational corporations and large enterprises as well as very big design offices and architectural partnerships. Please kindly note that as seen in Trophy Images page, the display case may vary based on supply, in the past we were presenting these with Light Boxes and occassionally we used Brass Boxes with Mirrors, the image above is representative and the display case may vary.

23) A’ Design Award - XXS Trophy (Only if Ordered)
The XXS Trophy is available in many different materials including real silver, real bronze and others, it can only be ordered prior to gala-night and takes about 40 days to procure. The version displayed on top is rough iron, but it is also available in polished materials. This one is usually purchased by designers who wish to have it as a luck charm or to use as a necklace. Can be ordered from your control panel.

24) A’ Design Award - Extra Items (Only if Ordered)
It is possible to order extra yearbooks, trophies, and print certificates or duplicate kits, if you do so, any extra item will be delivered to you inside your kit, in some cases however we might have multiple boxes, please be advised that when duplicate kits are ordered, optional items are usually not included even though we try to include them as much as possible. Additional items and duplicates can be ordered from shipments page as well as for example yearbook or certificate sections after logging into your control panels.

25) DesignAdage Posters (Included in Legacy Kits)
We have selected some of the best quotes on Design Adage and we are actively including them in kits whenever we have their stocks left. We hope you enjoy these motivational, inspirational, and sometimes funny and mostly happy quotes on design. Usually this poster is available in A3 size, we suggest you to put somewhere in your office as a cool decoration, and we definetely look forward to get your quote on design at designadage.com

26) A’ Design Award - Eyeglass Cleaner (Included in Legacy Kits)
The A’ Design Award eyeglass cleaning cloth uses fine microfibers to ensure that your eyeglasses, tablets, monitors, screens and glass items look as sharp and clean as possible. It is a small thank you item included in the winner kits as we see that many designers spend a lot of their time in front of screens and therefore wear eyeglasses. We hope you remember us when you see more clearly!

27) A’ Design Award - Label Button Pin (Included in Legacy Kits)
We know many designers collect button label pins and therefore we decided to create one for you. This is different from our pins which are based on award status, however they are great to add to your collection, to pin to your bags or just to keep in the collectibles jar.

28) A’ Design Award - Winner Flag (Included in Legacy Kits)
The design award winner flag is an exceptional A’ Design Award merchandise that indicates you and your design as a winner. The winner flag could be placed alongside your products at sales points and tradeshows to communicate your award victory, and it is also a great item to have in your office to communicate your award winning status. You could request more flags as well as other merchandise from the delivery section if you wish.
