Service initiation fee: €500 EUR (per request).
Service fee: Double (2×) the invoiced cost from third-party providers.

2. Services Provided Directly by A' Design Award

Service initiation fee: €500 EUR (per request).
Labor costs: Charged at 8× the direct man-hour cost incurred.
Direct expenses: Charged at double (2×) the actual invoiced costs.
Applicable taxes: Additional (as legally required).

Transparency and Reporting:
A' Design Award will provide detailed reports of labor hours, expenses, and services procured upon request. However, please kindly note that in specific circumstances, such as protecting our proprietary processes, trade secrets, or confidentiality agreements with third-party suppliers, complete disclosure of certain sources, methods, or exact cost breakdowns may not be available.

Complex or High-Risk Requests:
For highly complex, challenging, or potentially risky requests, A' Design Award reserves the right to either:

Decline the request entirely, or
Accept the request under “as-is, where-is, as-available” terms with:

An additional high-risk service initiation surcharge of €5,000 EUR.
An increased service fee multiplier of 2× the standard provision costs detailed above.

In accepting such high-risk or complex requests, A' Design Award does not guarantee successful outcomes or results, and the risk is explicitly borne by the requesting party.

Prohibited Requests:
Under no circumstances will A' Design Award accept or fulfill illegal or illicit requests, including but not limited to procurement of:

Scheduled drugs, medications, or controlled substances.
Illegal goods, services, or content prohibited under applicable local or international laws and regulations.

A' Design Award's clear and structured pricing for Elite Concierge and Advisory Liaison Services ensures transparency, aligns incentives, and maintains the integrity and exclusivity of the A' Design Award's Elite Concierge and Advisory Liaison Services. If you need to request our Elite Concierge and Advisory Liaison Services, you will also be kindly required to pay a non-refundable Elite Concierge and Advisory Liaison Services Consultancy fee first, this fee is set as €250 EUR and will NOT be deducted from your final invoice. This fee is for us to understand whether we can provide the service or not at the first place, and helps us understand that you need the service seriously, and covers our search for solution providers (reasonable amount - we could, at our sole discretion conclude that service may not be possible, and the consultancy fee shall be considered forfeit in such conditions).
