Minor plastic art has a special place in Nur's creative activities. Nur is a founder of a number of trends and styles, such as animated sculpture, dialogical psycho-realistic sculpture, sculptural composition with electronic content and conceptual jewelry. Nur's hallmark is that he never repeats himself, his every creation is unique and an absolute exclusive one of a kind.
STATEMENT OF ART:Minor plastic art has a special place in Nur's creative activities. Nur is a founder of a number of trends and styles, such as animated sculpture, dialogical psycho-realistic sculpture, sculptural composition with electronic content and conceptual jewelry. Nur's hallmark is that he never repeats himself, his every creation is unique and an absolute exclusive one of a kind.
I`m Arman Nur, a native of Yerevan and contemporary Armenian painter, sculptor, designer and jeweller. I have been credited with pioneering the genre of animated sculpture and a use of spectral gold in jewellery, among my other contributions in the field. I currently serve as the founder and director of Nur Design, a creative studio in Armenia known for its innovative jewellery art. I`m learning from the nature where all materials exist in full peace and harmony. I`m just attempting to recreate what the nature created long before. It seems that my creations live in their own reality and, therefore, they have their own philosophy. I combine different materials, such as turtle shell, gold, leather, wool, feather, ammonite, etc. in one art piece. My hallmark is that I never repeat myself. My every creation is unique and is an absolute exclusive one-of-a-kind. Many world celebrities are the proud owners of the works with the stamp Nur.
