The A’ Design Award and Competition is pleased to offer our award winners a unique opportunity: the Private Publicist service, a premium, on-demand, à la carte service not part of the A' Design Prize but could only be ordered by A' Design Award Winners and not open to public.

The Private Publicist Service is an exclusive optional add-on à la carte service that could only be ordered by the esteemed A’ Design Award winners. This unique service provides a higher level of personalized assistance in launching a comprehensive global PR campaign.

While this service is not included in the standard A’ Design Prize, we wish to assure our laureates that we offer a robust Global PR Service which is designed to help you achieve all of the goals of the Private Publicist Service at no additional cost. The tools for the Extensive and Global PR Service are conveniently located in your Winner's Control Panel.

Every year, we provide detailed instructions on how to best utilize these tools to launch a successful PR campaign. This is our commitment to promoting good design and aiding our laureates in reaching a wider audience.

Good to Know: Essential Information: Winning, joining, or participating in the A' Design Awards does not entail any contractual obligation to avail of our Private Publicist Service. For absolute clarity, availing of the Private Publicist Service is entirely optional and not mandatory - the service is highly optional and you do not have to order it. In fact, we strongly suggest that you engage thoroughly with the emails we send, fulfilling each step of the required inputs for your PR Campaign; by doing so, you should be able to gain the full benefits of the Private Publicist Service at no additional cost to you. Make sure to follow our PR Campaign Instructions carefully, and you can harness the full power of this service. PR Campaign Instructions are emailed to you after results announcement each year.

The Private Publicist service is designed to alleviate this burden, providing a professional PR service tailored to your needs.

  • Eight Weeks of Personal PR Management:
    The Private Publicist is contracted to work for you for a duration of up to 2 months. During this period, they will be available to take your phone calls and respond to your emails during regular business hours.

  • Quality Control:
    The Private Publicist will review all data, interviews, photos, and information that you provide, ensuring that they are correct, complete, and presented in the most effective manner. They will proofread text for grammatical accuracy, check information for completeness and correctness, and assess images for their quality and effectiveness in portraying your design.

  • Guidance for Better Interviews and Photos:
    Drawing on their professional knowledge and experience, the Private Publicist will provide you with suggestions, ideas, and tips to enhance your interviews and photos. This might include advice on key points to emphasize in your interviews, or guidance on the best angles and lighting for photographing your design.

  • Pitching to Publications:
    The Private Publicist will take proactive steps to promote your work, by pitching your award-winning design to potential publications. They will identify suitable media outlets that target audiences likely to be interested in your work, and present your design to them in the most compelling way.

  • Media Buying Management:
    If you decide to pay for media coverage, the Private Publicist will manage this process on your behalf. They will liaise with media outlets, negotiate prices, and coordinate the placement of your advertisements or sponsored content. Please note that this service is optional and the budget will be decided by you.

  • Price Quotations for Editorial Coverage:
    The Private Publicist will ask for and provide price quotations for editorial coverage from up to 36 publications. This service will enable you to make informed decisions about where to invest your PR budget for maximum impact.
