Simply put, we will contact journalists, editors, magazines and publications in design and in your industry to ask the publishers price quotations for advertorials, sponsored posts, editorials and other similar publication services, for an award-winning design that you wish to promote and boost further.

It is good to remember that we already contact the media editors and pitch them to publish your award-winning works free of charge plus we also get you published in hundred plus languages in over hundred publications via DXGN and IDNN networks; however editors do not publish all award-winning designs due to their own preferences, and sometimes especially for very big brands who wish to capitalize on their success, it may make sense, and it may be advantageous to request price quotations for additional coverage and publicity boost.

If you are a big brand, we especially recommend you to order this service, as your award-winning good design will benefit highly from the additional standalone media coverage.

Media Price Quotation Service is resource intensive and as such has a fee that reflects its nature; especially we have to contact the journalists for each and every design, entity, and time-frame, and we have to do it manually all over again for each client, for each timeframe and for each design, and moreover we need to pitch each design, relay questions to you or answer questions ourselves, it is not as simple as contacting the journalists and replying to you, this is more or less a full time job.

At this point you may rightfully ask why would we not simply let you know the prices for free, especially you may have such expectation since we would already have worked with the journalists, magazines and editors, you may think that we should know the fees; and the answer is we know the fees, but we cannot give them to you free of charge, this is because first of all, fees are varying and are based on the design, entity and timeframe, so they are very variable, secondly, we have no right to provide estimate quotes on behalf of the editors or publications, this would be considered malpractice, and finally the prices are usually kept secret, and considered industry secrets, and many publishers do not consent to us providing you with prices, unless you are really serious, and if you pay for the Media Price quotation Service, we know you are serious. We can however, provide you with general ideas and price range estimates as follows:  Very big and important publications with really good circulation: 5-digits cost per article, important publications 4-5 digits cost per article. Niche publications, 4 digits costs per article. Boutique publications with less circulation but high quality 3-4 digits cost per article. These are all for online placements, posts, sponsored posts, advertorials or editorials of course. There would be different pricings for addons such as newsletters, pinned posts and featured posts; these would be told to us by the journalists.

Why do we need to contact the journalists each time for a price quotation for article placement, advertorial or editorial feature? It is because the media decides their fees depending on the entity they would be featuring; for example some journalists want to feature more brands in their publications and as such brand content may cost less, and some journalists may charge brands higher because brands earn more, some brands may be politically aligned with journalists and may have a discount and some brands may be ideologically contrary to the journalists and as such the fees may be higher or publication may be rejected, the brand may have positive or negative effect on the fees but also the designs may also have a positive or negative effect; in general, journalists tend to make a discount to feature good designs but in some cases, publications may quote higher fees for good designs because the journalists know that featuring good designs create highest value for the entities that created the design initially.

Finally, in some cases, we may have volume deals with the media and publications and you may potentially enjoy a discount as our referral, and in some cases the media may have a full program but they may squeeze you in because we refer you, but such a favour may come with a higher cost. In summary; there are no rules, and prices change every time and for every design from every distinct entity, and as such when you order the Media Price Quotation Service, we will first manually contact the journalists, publications and media, one by one, to ask them price quotation of an article that feature your work. We will then compile you a list of publications and their price quotations, and we will hand you a spreadsheet file after you sign an NDA not to disclose these, and the prices reflected on the spreadsheet would be relevant only for a specific design, and for you personally, and within a short time-frame.

Before you order the Media Price Quotation Service, you need to understand a few conditions and make a few preparations. First of all, most publications will dispute you dictating what to write; you will not have control over the articles; almost zero; however since you are going to pay for the articles, you may expect that the tone of the articles would be positive, in some rare cases, publications may let you run an advertorial, and if the content is advertorial instead of editorial, you can control or provide the content; the advertorial is an advertisement that is designed to look like an editorial, the editorial is written by editors, and in general are more reliable, and at least for us, more valuable; sponsored posts are type of editorials where editors have creative control over their articles and content but they also get paid for the coverage. It is important that you know in advance some publications will allow only editorial pitches, some only advertorials and some only sponsored posts, and some may reject your article and may ask for CPM based ads; some publications may not let you publish but could accept ads.

How much does the Media Price Quotation Service cost? The Media Price Quotation Service costs 5.000 EUR plus eventual tax, it covers contacting 100 publications on behalf of you, we may have less than 100 price quotations, we would deliver Media Price Quotation Service in 32 days or if when 100 publications provide a price quote, whichever happens earlier. We do not guarantee that all 100 publications would provide us with a price quotation. The service fee is non-refundable and must be paid by wire transfer. It is good to remember that the Media Price Quotation Service only covers the cost of getting price quotations and negotiating with the journalists, and not the actual cost of articles, advertorials or advertisements. You will need at least a 5-digits budget to have a proper media campaign, and a 6-digit budget could potentially provide you with good coverage, in a good number of publications, but of course this all depends on content.
