Fang Shih, the creative mind behind the winning kitchenware design Float explains “Float is a reusable cup that doesn’t need a straw but still can drink bubble tea. The inner cup put the bubbles above the drink, so the tea and bubbles would arrive at their mouth together while they raise their head to drink.
