Lead designer Nguyen Thu Thuy accepted the challenge to create a ceramic mosaic mural that spans the history of this 1000 year old city, giving international travelers their first impression of Hanoi. The mural portrays Hanoi Past and Present featuring well-known architectural landmarks plus the natural beauty of the city.
