Grande Development Limited, the lead designer of the winning work Mount Pavilia explains “This project was located in the green low-density residential area. For this residential, the designer focused on the colour selection, balance the visual alignment and specially decorated with many luxury and metal materials, increasing the frame of modern and abundance. In this project which is existed in a rooftop area, which has independent gardening.
