Ryuta Ishikawa, the creator of the award winning project Kirinzan Momiji Kin says “Pronoun 'Momiji' telling autumn in Japan There were such products in Kirinzan Shuzo. The bottle design which simply drew the leaf of one of Momiji colors a sales floor with the arrival of autumn. The premium version of Momiji is this Momiji kin. By aging the sake once completed for over 20 years, it achieves a profound taste that does not seem like sake.
