Pan Mok, the creative mind behind the winning project Pudong Funlife explains “An old building is converted into "Home feeling food mall" and residential area. Welcome home is the main concepts by using unique design treatment. Traditional Chinese food stall will be the mall's attractive point, you can find different local Chinese food from first floor. 2nd floor will be restaurant and 3rd is educational centre. 4-5 floor is residential area Existing facade is only one storeys height shops, and upper floor are limited window to allow natural light.
