Chikara Sasaki, the lead designer of the winning work Blackzmith explains “The element of design was simple. The colour scheme was used black and white as the concept colour of the shop, mustard was chosen as an accent which was used for flooring colour. The designer lined up white coloured panels in the arched form to combine with a black background to not only highlight the shop space but also give the refined feeling to the customer.
