Kris Lin, the designer of the award winning design Foothill residence says “ This is a 6-floor single-family villa equipped with lift.The overall layout of the building is pursuing leisure and artistic functions. The most special feature of the villa is that it has two floors underground as well as four floors aboveground. Generally, the impression of basement is associated withdarkness, moist, insufficient light andbad air circulation.
