About Chronodrop

Beomjun Sohn, the creative mind behind the winning project Chronodrop explains “The CHRONODROP is a Smartwatch inspired from a drop of water and the Confucian aphorism “Time flows away like the water in the river”. He thought that every single moment would be compared to tiny droplet of water. It centers around a droplet-shaped minute hand, surrounded by LED hour hand and a circular display. It incorporates a simple UI that can perform tasks and adopts a novel interface that involves the usage of the droplet minute hand as a pointer, a method that has never been seen before.
