Cecconi Simone, the designer of the award winning work Art Shoppe Lofts + Condos says “This 560 m² condominium marketing centre in Toronto – completed in April 2015 and encompassing a presentation gallery, model suite and model loft – is housed in a re-purposed furniture showroom on the future site of the building. The deliberate pathway through the centre introduces the project from the macro to micro.
