Vassiliades Architects, the creator of the award winning design Residence in Limassol says “The objective of this nZeb House in Limassol was to develop a bioclimatic structure that maximizes thermal comfort by capitalizing on the local environmental conditions. The design focuses on an open orientation towards the south and scenic views, integrating the interior and exterior spaces through extensive glass surfaces. To address the need for sun protection, a distinctive white Z-shaped structure was implemented, seamlessly integrating the parking area with the main volume.
