A' Design Award and Competition is pleased to announce that the interior design Chagall by Hans Marechal, Anuschka Marechal, Emy Liebregts, Daphne van der Ploeg and Pim Rongen became winner of the renowned Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design Category marked as a winner by the transnational referees of the A' Design Awards & Competitions among thousands of nominated works.

Regarding Chagall

Hans Maréchal, the creator of the award winning interior design Chagall says “The lounge is approximately 1900 sq. meters with a capacity of 385 seats with restrooms; sleeping boxes; shower facilities; meeting-rooms, a children-room, kitchen-area etc. The walls are randomly shaped and waves through the space inspired on the Volga, the longest river in Europe. The walls are designed with geological layers, each layer has its own color and structure accentuated with indirect light lines. The architectural columns and the restrooms show images of paintings by Chagall, executed in glass mosaic.
