PR Partner Program

Introduction

The PR-Partnership program task is very easy, and takes about 1 to 4 hours depending on your involvement. Space is limited by 1 PR partner per each country and language, therefore please contact us for availability. We are looking for intelligent and diligent people who could send and follow-up 20-50 emails to non-English blogs and online publications, as well as trade associations and educational institutes in design and architecture niches. We want you to contact publications and insitutions in your country, in your own language.

What to do?

1. Translate the following page to your language:
   http://adesignaward.com/results-announced.php (650 Words Total) and save it as a Word File.
   
2. Download https://competition.adesignaward.com/downloads/Editorial-Kit-2013.zip
3. Translate the following sentence in English to your native language:
   “Hi, I am writing on behalf of A’ Design Award & Competition, I would like to ask if you could publish some award winning designs in your publication? I'm attaching results and a few editorial images, please let me know if you would have any questions or comments”
4. Find 20-50 Industrial Design, Interior Design, Fashion Design or Architecture Bloggers or Magazine contacts in your country or region, find the editor name and email as well. Put this into an Excel file: Magazine Name, URL, Name of Contact Person, Email address or Submit Form, Niche (Industrial Design, Architecture etc).
5. Send them the translated email in your language from your own personal email and wait for replies, and send us the Excel file and Translated Word File by email.
6. Editors will reply by asking questions and information, please do follow-up to get the bonus, which is indeed the essence of this task. Magazines might ask you to send info, images etc.. All of these are available at https://competition.adesignaward.com if the publishers need additional information, provide them yourself, at the https://competition.adesignaward.com/brief-in-other-languages.html you will find award presentations in almost all languages.

Rules & How much to Earn?

If the magazines publish an article about the A' Desing Award & Competition and its winners, you get a bonus depending on the PR of the magazine and Quality of the article. The article must be published in the home page of the magazine. The designs of the blogs must be good. Minimum BONUS based on PageRanks of publishing magazines are as follows:

PR2-PR7 refers to PageRank of publications. TDM = Traditional media - printed published design magazine. NSP = National Newspaper. TRP = Trade Publication. DAS = Design Association, UNI = University.

Print Publications & Design Associations

In each country, there should be a lot of print publications, if you manage to get our winners featured at a print publication (for example design magazines, sector specific magazines, newspapers etc), we will add more bonus as written above. We have a lot of high-resolution images, and we will be supporting you for all requests by press members. This is indeed quite easy if you do it well. After doing the regular task, if you could contact design associations in you country and if they publish in their webpage or blog our "winners" we will add additional bonus, furthermore if you contact Universities in your region (of course design, fine art or architecture departments only), and if the universities post this info in their webpages or calendars, we will add more bonus each university publication.
