Before becoming an affiliate, please register and become an A' Design Award member and remember to include bank account details as we would pay to this account. * Affiliate Program Terms : These terms extend our initial terms and conditions for account creation and entry. The A’ Design Award Affiliate Program ("Affiliate Program") is a program that allows you to receive a A’ Design Award Credits ("Credits") into your Account for referring a new designer, artist or architect ("Referral") to A’ Design Award. To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must comply with all of these requirements, and have an A' Design Award Account that is in good standing. Requirements for Referrals : A’ffiliate Partners simply add our text links, urls, banner ads, or content to their websites or emails. When someone clicks through to adesignaward.com and makes a nomination, the A’ffiliate Partner earns 10% commission. The purpose of this program for us is to reach new prospects and leads, that is what we expect from our affiliates; new referrals. You may not refer yourself for the Affiliate Program or a user having the same IP address as yourself. The Referral must be an individual (or business) with whom you have a pre-existing relationship. You may not obtain names for referrals from group email addresses, third party bulk mailing lists, customer lists, or other similar sources. You may not send unsolicited e-mails ("Spam"). If you send Spam in order to recruit Referrals, A’ Design Award & Competition will immediately and permanently close your Account, without registering any accrued Credit to your account. However if you own and operate a design, arts, architecture, advertising or innovation related website, you could send an Email Blast to the users registered to your newsletter. You cannot refer existing A’ Design Award & Competition users even if you do so, they will not count towards your referrals. You cannot upload or share the referral link to third party websites, especially link farms, coupon websites or even your own website, repeating; you cannot put the referral code to your website (exception for blogs and publications in the design, architecture and innovation niche - if you are not sure if your site is eligible please kindly contact us), you can only send emails to your friends or to people you know. You cannot put an affiliate link to your website if we are already paying or bartering with you in any other form including but not limited to nomination tickets, editorial or banner ad purchases or any others. Credit Amount: The amount of the Credit is based on the number of paid nominations made by the Referral within 90 days of registration using your referral code. Total credits are calculated as 10% of nomination fees received from your referrals who nominate a single entry. Your referrals could potentially purchase multiple nomination packages as well, in this case the referral credit would still be calculated as 10% of the nomination package. Maturity: After 150 days of each referral; i.e. any payment relating to a user will be paid 90+60 days upon registration. The 10% Credits will be available either for the use to cover the cost of fees incurred on the A’ Design Award & Competition Platform or it could be withdrawn. Upon maturity of your affiliate payments, you have 2 options: To get A’ Design Award Credits or Money Transfer. If you choose to use them as A’ Design Award Credits, please be reminded that you cannot sell your A’ Design Award Credits; any monetary value or equivalent monetary value will not be available for withdrawal. If you choose money transfer, you will need to provide an Invoice and Bank Account where we could transfer the due amount. Any referrals that registered through your invitation will be saved and accessible through the Affiliate Control Panel. Payout Period: You are eligible to receive Credit payouts for the first 3 months of the Referred User's Account ownership i.e. the registered user must make a nomination within 3 months in order your referrals to count. A’ Design Award & Competition reserves the right to apply a monthly limit on Credit payouts should you exceed referring more than 100 users within any given month. There are no minimum wire-transfer amounts however the A’ffiliate and A’ Design Award will share the costs of wire-transfer, plus there is a 25 Euro cost deducted from the earnings; which implies that sums less than 25 Euro could only be used as credits, while sums above 25 Euro could be wire-transferred. You can request transfer anytime and any often for the maturated earnings. Discontinuance or Modifications: A’ Design Award & Competition may discontinue or modify the Affiliate Program at any time by providing you with seven days notice. In the event that the Affiliate Program is discontinued, you will receive the Credit for all of your Referrals that have satisfied all of the requirements upon their maturity. Ethics: You cannot use spamming, trademark infringement, false advertising, false claims, cookie stuffing, typosquatting, and other unethical or illegal methods during your affiliate marketing efforts. We do not need to prove if an affiliate was unethical or illegal; if we feel that an affiliate is unethical or illegal, not only we will not pay for referrals but we reserve the right to sue or take legal action against the affiliate, any affiliate must accept this fundamental rule during sign-up : if we think or feel an affiliate is not looking trustable (without any requirement for proof), we will outright discard any rights of the affiliate to commissions or sales. This is not a multi-tier program; you cannot subcontract the affiliate marketing tasks to any others. You cannot copy-paste text from A’ Design Award, its other affiliates or partners; please write your own text if you need to. Non-compliance : Failure to comply with these terms may result in your Account and participation in the Affiliate Program being terminated. Fraudulent activity on our A’ffiliate Network is not tolerated and will result in immediate account suspension and reversal of commissions. NDA: If you wish, you can disclose taking part in the affiliate program however you cannot disclose our affiliate marketing resources or content that we especially created for the affiliates. You cannot become an affiliate just to learn how our beautifully done affiliate system works! Notes:** Design Prize benefits are given if the participant wins the A' Design Award.
