We have combined gas-discharge indicators and advanced technologies in order to create an unusual and upmarket VacuumGlow clock. They were based on the rare lamps. The last production took place in the 1970th and was finally stopped. The unique lamps compliment naturally a casual modern housing. The clock housing is simple and laconic. The finishing touch to the image is a specially processed glass panel which provides a warm and delicate light balancing the solid case. The precise internal design is reflected in the exterior of the clocks.

Design is not my profession. I am a businessman but also a creator. Sometimes I come up with some combinations in my head and I am sure that if it will be realized, then we´ll get an awesome product design. That happens due to the feelings, some common vision and visual parts. That also happened with our VG clocks and continues with the development of the new products.

The Russian company VacuumGlow introduced one more use of the technologies from the past – the nixie tube clock. Gas-discharged indicators that show time at the VacuumGlow clock were the technical breakthrough in the middle of the 20th century. However, in the 70s new technologies forced them out. VacuumGlow is a vacuum-tube clock that combines vintage indicator elements and cutting edge technologies. It is a pioneer project that accelerates the introduction of mass technology into everyday life, taking care of your personality.
