Panoramic House was designed for a family in search of a new lifestyle in the seaside. An atmosphere of belonging and identity, a panoramic view of the sea, elements of Brazilianness and an ecofriendly construction were some of the premises of the project. The building was camouflaged, in order to enhance the landscapes, through a contemporary architecture of pure elements and horizontal lines enriched by prominent points. Through parametricism, they carry originality and authenticity.

Since childhood, I've been exceptionally creative and critical of art, fashion, and architecture. I always enjoyed analyzing aesthetic patterns and proportions. Overcoming numerous challenges, my life has revolved around my architecture firm for 22 years, which has solidified through the recognition of our projects. At 41, I am responsible for leading and conveying my architectural language to the team of architects that constitutes the intellectual backbone of Schuchovski Arquitetura. Together, we strive to find optimal solutions for architecture in complete harmony with the goals of our clients and nature.

Schuchovski Architecture is a Brazilian architecture firm that believes in the rescue of the essential and in bringing well-being to people through their homes. Therefore, the language of the projects is always determined by the identity of each family, imprinted in its architecture. Each project has its own story and identity. Harmony with the essence of the residents enables architecture to reach its maximum expression: fostering family relationships, promoting convenience, contributing to the residents' routine, creating a sense of security and comfort, enabling a connection with nature, and encouraging new behaviors and habits. In this process, technology is an ally in developing projects through software such as BIM (Building Information Modeling), which aggregates information and contributes to the quality of work, making good decisions during the design and construction process, and foreseeing problems and solutions, reducing overall project and construction costs.
