He holds a master's degree in architecture and is on the path to architectural registration. Khademi specializes in optimizing workflows and integrating cutting-edge BIM solutions like Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360. His expertise lies in architectural design, code analysis, construction administration, and successfully delivering complex projects. Khademi's proficiency with visualization tools like Lumion and Enscape enables compelling renderings. He has been recognized with awards for exceptional architectural designs and proposals.
STATEMENT OF ART:Design and art represent profound acts of human imagination and will to improve our collective experience. Architecture specifically manifests our ability to shape the spaces and structures that literally give form to our societies. When I envision a new building or urban landscape, I see far more than physical constructions—I see vessels embodying the cultures, aspirations and identities of those who will inhabit them.
My fundamental goal as a designer is thus to create spaces that uplift the human spirit. Buildings that move, inspire, welcome, surprise and shelter. Environments where communities can thrive and individuals feel empowered to reach their potential. This driving philosophy applies whether I'm sketching a house, an office tower or a public park.
I'm also attuned to architecture's legacy—how today's designs become part of the built heritage future generations will inherit. This brings with it an ethical obligation to model sustainability and elevate timeless forms weighted in meaning. Though I work in a contemporary idiom, the lessons of classical and vernacular traditions are ever present in my process.
Ultimately, architecture melds structure, function, and poetry into one symbolic form. It frames human life while reflecting human imagination. And I consider myself blessed to devote my craft to brightening people's existence through spaces that enlighten from within.
