About Gizem Oncu : With over eight years of experience as an experience designer, trainer, and facilitator, I am passionate about designing solutions that are user-centric, impactful, and meaningful. I have a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Product Design from Middle East Technical University and multiple design awards for my innovative projects. Currently, I work as a UX designer at Booking.com, where I help create engaging and intuitive interfaces for millions of travelers worldwide. I also work as an instructor at Career Foundry, where I tutor and mentor aspiring UX designers from diverse backgrounds and help them develop their skills and portfolios. Additionally, I am the co-creator of UX Folks, a non-profit professional organization that hosts events and workshops for the UX community. My expertise includes user research, interaction design and design strategy.
