She founded Red Design Consultants in 1992 after realizing the business potential for branding within the Greek market. Her pioneering work, passion and vision have created leading brands with substance and value like APIVITA, METAXA, AB and EUROBANK for which she has been credited and awarded nationally and internationally, with over 120 awards and distinctions.
Rodanthi΄s experience spans over twenty-five years of pioneering work in the development of identity and visionary programs for some of Europe΄s leading companies. Rodanthi personally handles all creative aspects and design, with an end goal to express both accurately and creatively each brand΄s own identity.
She holds a BA in Fine Arts, with majors in Graphics and Packaging from the Art Center College of Design, Los Angeles, Pasadena.She is a member of the ICOGRADA (International Design Association), the Art Directors Club of N.Y., Art Center Alumni, EDEE Branding and Design.
She is the creator of Yoyo bench a multi awarded green bench and also the creator of *Etsi creative platform.

In 2006, Rodanthi, has addressed both the Conference of Greek and Chinese Advertisers, hosted by the magazine Marketing Week in 2006, as well as the Conference of Turkey΄s Chamber of industry in Istanbul. She was the key-note speaker in the conference Competitiveness through Design that was held in Thessaloniki and has also attended Business of Design Week 2006 at the Hong-Kong Design Center. In the same year, Rodanthi, has showcased with her work in the exhibition A European Design under the auspices of PG Design & Branding Consulting.
Other presentations include the conference Panorama of Hellenic Design in 2006, at the Marketing Expo 2006 during the Third South Eastern Marketing Forum, at the 2nd Strategic Branding Conference hosted by Marketing Week, the exhibition Design in Greece-50 Years of Vakalo School at the Benaki Museum on Pireos Street as well as in the Vakalo School of Applied Arts from which, Rodanthi, also holds a degree (1982).
