| DESIGN NAME: Olga is for carrying a laptop. PRIMARY FUNCTION: Case INSPIRATION: My aim was to do plain, interesting laptop case where is easily chage caring system and where you can fasten another case if you have to carry for examble Mac book pro and Ipad or mini Ipad with you. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: A laptop case with special strap and specialfasten another case system. For the material I took recycled leather. There are several colours from were everybody can pick up his own. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: When you loose another strap and pull from the other you can change the length of the strap portable. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: Project has started tree years ago and thev first version got the reddot award. |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: For the material I selected environmently friendly recycled leather. There are severaj color possibilities SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Main size is 13" and 15"is second possible to have. NAME: Private Case PROFILE: Private Case has made high design stationary products since 1985 from environmeantly friendly produdts. In the begining of 1980 people carried their papers in heavy attachea case. Ari Korolainen made first cases to his own use to carry his architec drawnings. This cases was made of recycled cardboard which has a nice warm feeling. Weight was only 1:10 part of the old attachea cases. Cases design by Korolainen were plain, functional, something new. Private Case was born... |
