FS: How long did it take you to design this particular concept?
SH: 1 year

FS: Why did you design this particular concept? Was this design commissioned or did you decide to pursuit an inspiration?
SH: I was inspired to design this kind of house for clients.

FS: Is your design being produced or used by another company, or do you plan to sell or lease the production rights or do you intent to produce your work yourself?
SH: This is an original unique house. It is a one off.

FS: What made you design this particular type of work?
SH: I wanted to design something that hadn't been done before.

FS: Where there any other designs and/or designers that helped the influence the design of your work?
SH: No, this idea developed over the year of design.

FS: Who is the target customer for his design?
SH: This kind of design would suit families who want to create an interesting home environment which stimulates their kids' minds and bodies.

FS: What sets this design apart from other similar or resembling concepts?
SH: I don't think there is any other design like this.

FS: How did you come up with the name for this design? What does it mean?
SH: This name represents the space design within the house.

SH: I worked with the carpenter closely to make this design. It was something they had never tried before so it was a trusting process.

FS: What is the role of technology in this particular design?
SH: The biggest player in this design was my imagination.

FS: Is your design influenced by data or analytical research in any way? What kind of research did you conduct for making this design?
SH: My research was from watching my own kids' and seeing our environment plays such a huge role in their development.

FS: What are some of the challenges you faced during the design/realization of your concept?
SH: Convincing the clients to try something that they had never seen before or they couldn't imagine.

FS: How did you decide to submit your design to an international design competition?
SH: Someone suggested I should submit this design. it is the first time I have submitted to an international competition.

SH: It's important to be creative and try new things.
