Beauty Mansion White Residential Space is an innovative residential architectural project located in the Xindian District of New Taipei City, Taiwan, distinguished by its harmonious integration of natural elements and contemporary design principles. This 30-story landmark development, completed in May 2020, exemplifies a sophisticated fusion of Eastern and Western architectural philosophies, featuring a structural design that incorporates full SRC (Steel Reinforced Concrete) construction and premium SA couplers, similar to those used in Taipei 101. The design concept draws profound inspiration from the surrounding mountains and rippling waves of Bitan, cleverly incorporating elements of streams, clouds, and woodland into its architectural vocabulary. The building's central feature is a magnificent old tree installation in the lobby, which serves as a symbolic connector between residents and embodies the project's commitment to fostering community bonds. The structure employs innovative technical solutions, including titanium-plated metal ceiling decorations that mirror water ripples, simultaneously providing natural illumination and energy efficiency. The development's architectural approach uniquely addresses modern multigenerational living requirements, balancing Western concepts of independence with traditional Chinese family values. The project, which won an Iron A' Design Award in the Architecture, Building and Structure Design category in 2021, demonstrates exceptional attention to structural integrity through its implementation of five major construction criteria: SRC structure, strong column with weak beam design, coupler systems, reinforced concrete, and raft foundation with diaphragm wall construction.
