Futurism Sales Center

Futurism Sales Center is an innovative architectural and interior design project that exemplifies the harmonious integration of natural elements with modern aesthetics, completed in January 2020 in Chongqing, China. This multifunctional facility, spanning 1550 square meters, distinguishes itself through its unique box-like exterior facade and sophisticated interior design inspired by mountain fireflies, creating a compelling dialogue between built environment and natural landscape. The design philosophy emphasizes future practicality by positioning the space as a leisure club with reception capabilities, incorporating essential areas such as reception, sand table, and exhibition spaces alongside recreational amenities including a swimming pool and film hall. The interior design showcases a thoughtful material palette of beige marble and wood grain elements, complemented by innovative lighting solutions utilizing glass bricks to filter natural light and create atmospheric effects. Notable architectural solutions include the implementation of ripple metal plates in the swimming pool area to address ceiling height constraints while creating visual harmony with the water surface. The project, which earned the Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category in 2021, demonstrates exceptional attention to spatial organization through features such as an art corridor adorned with interactive elements like self-breathing glass ball chandeliers, creating an ethereal artistic atmosphere that pays homage to the mountain firefly inspiration. The design successfully combines local architectural attributes with contemporary elements, utilizing renewable PVC wood grains and steel plates in conjunction with beige marble flooring to establish a sophisticated yet comfortable environment that serves both commercial and recreational purposes.
