Is there a designer that is all bloat or do you have an over competitive friend who talks about being more creative then anybody else? Do you have a big competitor that you could win over? Duel another designer, other brands or your competitive friends and invite them to join the A' Design Award - you will win a digital nomination if your friend wins and you will win a digital nomination if your foe loses. You win in any case.

The creative duel function was developed to provide an opportunity for past laureates to join the competition once again, free of charge, as well as to disseminate and popularize the competition further. The creative duel function is also open to public to provide them a possibility to join the competition free of chance, to create equal opportunity possibilities. When you duel a designer to take part in the design competition, we will send an email inviting them to the duel, your friend or foe will also benefit from preliminary score service and you will get a nomination ticket if the dueled entity wins (a design award) or loses (not a winner of the award). We will not disclose your name to the other designer, you will be called an anonymous challenger (but we will type in your initials), and duel invitations are send anonymously - your name is kept hidden so that you can invite your foes in secrecy or so that you could duel even your most closest friends, however remember that they could figure or guess your name from the winners' list if you are a past winner. Note: If you wish you could reveal your to friend that you were the person to send the creative duel request.

Creative Duel Rules
Taking part in the duel initiative is free of charge however there are a few rules to follow: 1. You need to know the full name of the designer or brand you invite. 2. You need to choose a correct category for the duel; you need to suggest the dueled party a relevant award category. 3. You need to know the dueled person you are inviting. 4. You will be eligible for an award only if your friend or foe wins or loses, i.e. the people or brands you invite need to take active participation in the competition, by compeleting the nomination procedure in order you to be eligible for the prize.

To start dueling, type name surname in the form above and choose a relevant competition category for the duel and we will send the following mail to invite the other designer, we will modify the links slightly so that we could track the results of the mailing campaigns, once the email is sent, you can track if the dueled designers registered or not from the duel track section at the bottom of this page:

Your work will go through blind peer-review process and voted on predetermined evalution criteria by a grand jury panel of prominent design professionals, journalists, entrepreneurs and academics.
