About & History: Villa Gallia is a very nice place in front of the lake, It is the oldest building in Via Borgovico. It was built as a summer residence in 1615 by Abbot Marco Gallio , nephew of Cardinal Tolomeo Gallio. The building , owned by the family until 1772, is now owned by the Province of Como. |
