Natalia Komarova, the lead designer of the winning work Capsule explains “The shape of the lamp Capsule repeats the form of the capsules that are so widespread in the modern world: medicines, architectural structures, spaceships, thermoses, tubes, time capsules that transmit messages to descendants for many decades. It can be of two types: standard and elongated. Lamps are available in several colors with varying degrees of transparency. Tying with nylon ropes adds a handmade effect to the lamp. Its universal form was to determine the simplicity of manufacture and mass production.
