Chikara Sasaki, the creator of the award winning interior design Porker says “Following on from the success of 298 Nikuya Kitchen T.S.T, Nikuya group opened Porker (which is a concept bar to enjoy the aged pork dishes with a drink) in Central, Hong Kong. Located on Pottinger street, where is famous as the stone slabs street, Porker offers a relaxing space where time flowing slowly. The overall design scheme combines a stylish element and the warmth of wood to create a cozy place.
