Zooco Estudio pick ups the famed Silver A' Design Award

A' Design Accolade is encouraged to announce that the design JHouse by Zooco Estudio wins the famous Silver A' Design Award at Interior Space and Exhibition Design Competition.

A' International Design Award and Competition is delighted to share that the design J House by ZOOCO ESTUDIO, Jorge Alonso, Teresa Castillo and María Larriba won the famous Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design Category highlighted as the winner by the transnational jury members of the A' Design Awards & Competitions within a great number of participants.

Regarding J House

Zooco Estudio, the creative mind behind the winning design J House explains “J House consists in building one house inside another. This process had its difficulties due to the substructure that also encloses the installations. The volumes different uses and scales, offering privacy and collectivity. As different volumes, heights and materiality are settled, this project is architecture and furniture at some points. These volumes are structured by an 8cm of width metallic cross section that sometimes rests on the floor, and other hangs from the ceiling.
