JIN-WOOG KOO, the designer of the award winning project Delixious and Charm Grill says “Delixious and Charm Grill concept is to stop meat burning fleetingly and over cooking with the grill’s second level height design. During cooking, the lower first level (closer to the source of heat) is used, and cooked meat is moved to the next level (far from source of heat) to keep warm and avoid meat to get cold.
