Chu-Hsin Tsai, the lead designer of the winning design Return to Rusticity explains “This project is a lawyer office. Warm and unsophisticated. To disrupt the lawyer stereotype of sharp and cool, Wood is used majorly in this project, trying to create a whole new warm and unsophisticated atmosphere. Wood is regarded as an eternal material, ancient and modern.
