Ryoichi Niwata, the creative mind behind the winning design Fu Gong explains “This is the restaurant located in Shangri-la Hotel Xiamen. This restaurant is located in Hong Kong seaside. The ocean of Xiamen by interior design is expressed. The used real scale containers were invited to make this restaurant. These are giving dynamism and strong impression such as the containers not sticking on the wall but such as the feeling you are in port warehouse.
