Ketan Jawdekar, the creative mind behind the winning work Kopp explains “In a restaurant designers need to come up with the concepts that can attract clientele. The interiors need to stay fresh and appealing with the future trends in design. Unconventional use of materials is one such way to keep patrons engaged with the decor. Kopp is a restaurant that was designed with this thought. Kopp in local Goan language means a glass of a drink. Whirlpool formed by stirring a drink in a glass was visualised as a concept while designing this project.
