About Cloud Park

Meng Fanhao, the lead designer of the winning project Cloud Park explains “How to design a high quality urban space, redefine the image of a “landmark” building, while maintaining cultural tradition of Xixi wetland spirits, is the major challenge of this project. Four L-shaped slab buildings with large openings are used to encircling the site due to the landscape cross. The internal building volumes are modeled on the traditional wetland settlement pattern. It ensures the maximum utilization of landscape resources.
