Ruth Chao, the creator of the award winning project The Pavilia Bay says “To emulate the voyage of The Pavilia Bay, the website was created on a serene blue canvas to capture the essence of a broadening horizon. Navigation wheels spin in a clockwise motion as representation of life savers to further enhance the nautical theme and create interest for exploration. Elements of the website include horizontal lines that load from the sides as one scrolls down, gently evoke a sense of continuous discovery and completion of a journey.
