The plan of Taipei New Horizon Building has a playful form to respond the context of the park; therefore, the divides indoor also correspond to the cutting lines of the environment. Walking along with the curvy windows, the users navigate through the lights and shadows in the space, and form a playful scene at background of the urban view.
