Benson Lee, the designer of the award winning design Kokomi says “KOKOMI offers casual, young Japanese cuisine, it is generated from two core functional focus, the Sushi/Bar and Teppanyaki station; Sushi/Bar counter, where sushi making and drinks serving integrated as one unit to create a chill-out bar for customer to sit and hangout.
