Dennis Fang, the designer of the award winning cosmetic product design Tender Care Brush says “The Tender Care Brush is a multifunctional hairbrush. The long and short bristles design helps to detangle the hair while giving message effect to the scalp at the same time. From studying the defects of the regular tufting technology, the new tufting technology creates two layered colored ball tips bristles. There are no extended bristle cuts which will reduce the pulling and snagging the hair.
