Alexey Danilin, the designer of the award winning project Empathy says “Floor lamp was created under the influence of the concept of empathy. In other words, the lamp understands the functional and emotional needs of a person as much as possible. In this lamp, a motion sensor was used for control. You can turn it on and change the power of the light flux without touching it. From a hygiene point of view, it is very convenient for public spaces. Moreover, a specially designed rotary mechanism is used in the floor lamp. This mechanism can be rotated 360° horizontally and 90° vertically.
