Adelina Brask, the lead designer of the winning design Snowdrops explains “Snowdrop earrings are inspired by the Snowdrop which heralds the coming of spring. The flower is often a much-needed sight after a long winter and can be seen as a symbol of spring joy and zest for life. A. Brask has therefore chosen to leave the leaves sharp and brittle in this design. One of the most interesting features is the petals that are curved and organic in shape and form, as close to the natural flower as possible.
