Yating Yang, the creator of the award winning sporting goods design work Shape Care says “Shape Care is an instrument that can meet the fitness needs of home exercisers. The design team found that most users focus on the training of hands, legs, abdomen and chest. After studying the Shape and principle of the fitness device, the design team determined three forms, which can be used as barbell by users in the original state. By bending it, it exercises the user's chest and legs.
