Andrew Chu, the lead designer of the winning project Car Box explains “As a frequently used storage space, the vehicle storage box for the trunk is often perceived not enough for use, a factor driving many consumers to prefer buying SUVs. The traditional storage boxes cannot adapt to the owners’ needs in all aspects and disregard the influence of the interior space.
