Zhubo Design, the lead designer of the winning work Mountain Sea Wind explains “The project is located in an area with rich landscape resources. The design is based on the site and makes full use of the site resources to create a container for viewing. The Mountain and Sea Wind Pavilion integrates natural elements such as "Mountain and Sea Wind" into the architectural design, and the building itself is also a human landscape with beautiful curves. Architects provide an open space where leisure or business activities can occur naturally; different from the hard and cold image of concrete materials.
