Ian Hau - XLMS Limited, the designer of the award winning project Mountain Court Apartment says “The original layout of of this building by back in 1985 was 2 bedroom layout, the client is a family of 4 and requested 3 bedroom layout with plenty of storage. The users likes to entertain family and have planned the open kitchen design, there is also opportunity to enclosed the kitchen during cooking or family time. We have also custom made an UK import materials called Forresso as the dinning table with matching backing to the display shelf.
