Ciara Chapman, the lead designer of the winning graphic design Not Make Believe explains “This illustration project tackles the theme that Chronic pain is not Make Believe. The images are a combination of colours, textures and characters coming together to communicate a message.There are seven images total in this series.The protagonist is a young female surrounded by characters that are patterned and clear. There are foxes emerging from the grass and the silhouettes of dark and light enhance the surrounding colour.
