Bruce Tao, the lead designer of the winning furniture design work Pagoda explains “Pagoda is a modern cabinet that opens and closes in a unique way. The traditional cabinet usually uses the open way of the drawer. The pagoda opens by rotating. Pushing by the eaves of the pagoda, user can rotate the storage area on each floor on an axis behind it to open it. This will maximize the use of space. Users can intuitively pick up the items they store in the cabinet. At the same time, this way of opening is more suitable for multiple people to use.
