SUIADR, the creative mind behind the winning design Tian Liao explains “Tianliao Fire Station is located in Shenzhen, China. It is a new fire station with a centralized layout. Its gross floor area is 5,039.5 sqm with 3,985 sqm above the ground. It has a 3-story office building and a 7-story training tower. The floor area ratio is 0.97.
